A detoxification method includes immersing at least a portion of a patient's body within a reservoir filled with water; generating ions within the water; and simultaneously with the generating ions, irradiating a predetermined area of the therapy subject with light generated by a cold laser. The generated light may be irradiated to the patient as either a continuous beam or a pulsed beam. The ions generated within the water may be positive, negative, or combinations thereof. Further, the light may be irradiated as long as the ions are being generated.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détoxication consistant, entre autres : à immerger au moins une partie du corps d'un patient dans un réservoir rempli d'eau ; à générer des ions dans l'eau, et ; simultanément à cette génération d'ions, à irradier une zone prédéterminée du sujet traité, au moyen d'une lumière générée par un laser froid. La lumière générée peut être irradiée vers le patient sous forme de faisceau continu ou de faisceau pulsé. Les ions générés dans l'eau peuvent être positifs, négatifs ou une combinaison des deux. En outre, ladite lumière peut être irradiée aussi longtemps que les ions sont générés.
