To obtain a laser light source module, a copper-based material is press-fitted into a through hole formed in a stem made of an iron-based material, thereby forming a first heat sink. A mount made of a copper-based material is fixed to the first heat sink and at least one semiconductor laser device is mounted on the mount. A second heat sink is bonded to lower surfaces of the stem and the first heat sink by a thermal conductive adhesive. Thus, desired mechanical strength can be obtained and heat- releasing efficiency can be enhanced. An upper surface of the first heat sink is located on a same plane as that of the stem, and a lower surface of the first heat sink is located higher than that of the stem. Thus, position adjustment of the semiconductor laser device in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis of a light-collecting optical system and positioning of the semiconductor laser device in the optical axial direction can be easily performed. The optical axis of the light-collecting optical system and that of an optical element including an optical fiber are prevented from being deviated from each other.
La présente invention concerne un module de source lumineuse laser obtenu par emmanchement à force d'un matériau à base de cuivre dans un trou d'interconnexion formé dans une tige réalisée en un matériau à base de fer pour former un premier dissipateur thermique, et la fixation d'un montage formé d'un matériau à base de cuivre sur le premier puits thermique, et le montage d'au moins un élément laser à semi-conducteur sur la monture. Ensuite, grâce à l'assemblage d'un dissipateur thermique à la face inférieure de la tige et du premier dissipateur thermique, on peut facilement obtenir une résistance mécanique souhaitée permettant également d'améliorer l'efficacité de dissipation thermique. En outre, la face supérieure du premier dissipateur thermique est affleurée avec celle de la tige et la face inférieure du premier dissipateur thermique est située au-dessus de la face inférieure de la tige, facilitant un ajustement de la position de l'élément laser à semi-conducteur en une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe optique d'un système optique condenseur et le positionnement de l'élément laser à semi-conducteur dans la direction de l'axe optique du système optique condenseur, et simultanément, la prévention d'une déviation entre l'axe optique du système optique de condensation et celui d'un élément optique telle qu'une fibre optique.
