Disclosed is a sintering powder for selective laser sintering, which comprises polyamide and titanium dioxide particles. The molding formed by using the powder of the invention has marked advantages over conventional products in terms of their appearance arid surface quality, stemming from yellowing resistance when exposed to thermal stress during laser sintering. The molding also has mechanical properties, in particular modulus of elasticity, markedly improved over conventional molding powders.
