This invention relates to the rendering of the already existing industrial electron beam accelerator to one that is compact in size, for home or small business purposes. The prime purpose for building such a machine small enough to be used in the home is to equip the individual with a device that will sterilize contaminated products within their own environment. Most importantly, it is designed to kill the DNA in the living cell virus such as those associated with AIDS, hepatitis, meningitis and other highly communicable diseases. The new accelerator technology will apply to a photon accelerator system, incorporating a photo activated film polymer technology.
