An adjustable securing latch mechanism for a truck bed divider (10). The mechanism of the present invention includes a stop (58) engageable with a side wall (58) of a truck bed and an extension member (56) adjustably secured to the truck bed divider (10). The extension member (56) can be adjusted to accommodate truck beds of various size.
