A wiring duct assembly including a duct base and cover for supporting wire and/or optical cable therein, defining a latching mechanism Located on both the cover and duct base. The latching mechanism on the duct portion includes an inwardly projecting sidewall portion, a lip attached thereto and a projecting tip potion integrally attached to the lip. The sidewall lip and tip define a groove for receiving the latching mechanism of the cover. The cover includes two opposing side walls wherein each side wall includes an inwardly extending portion for being received by a corresponding duct groove. The latching mechanism for the cover portion further includes protuberances in the interior surface of the cover for securing the tip portion of the duct side wall to provide secure latching of the: cover and duct base during shipping, installation, and completion of assembly.
Goulotte guide-fils comprenant une base de gaine et un couvercle pour supporter un fil et/ou un câble optique à l'intérieur, formant ainsi un mécanisme de blocage situé à la fois sur le couvercle et la base de gaine. Le mécanisme de blocage sur le côté goulotte comprend une paroi projetant vers l'intérieur, une lèvre y étant attachée et une pointe en saillie fixée intégralement à la lèvre. La lèvre de la paroi et la pointe forment une gorge pour recevoir le mécanisme de blocage du couvercle. Ce dernier comprend deux côtés opposés, où chaque paroi comporte une partie se prolongeant vers l'intérieur pour réception par une gorge de la goulotte correspondante. Le mécanisme de blocage du couvercle comprend également des protubérances sur la surface intérieure du couvercle pour fixer la pointe de la paroi de la goulotte afin d'assurer un blocage solide du couvercle et de la base de gaine lors de l'expédition, de l'installation et du montage du dispositif.
