The invention relates to a device, for the lateral separation of paper webs, comprising: (I) a paper introduction region with at least one driven web supply roller, (II) a buffer region, in which the web is prepared for the discontinuous forward motion, (III) a cutting device, with a cutting means and (IV) a paper lead-off region with discontinuous web forward motion, comprising at least one tube group (120; 150) with two tubes (121, 122; 15 1, 152), which may be moved relative to at least one third tube (123; 153) of the group (120; 150) perpendicular to the web. The tube group (120; 150) is arranged between the paper introduction region with the tubes (140, 142) and the discontinuously driven paper web (130) in order to form a turning web loop of varying length. The length as determined by the separation between the tubes of the tube group is regulated by a controller, in connection with the driven web supply roller and the discontinuous web forward motion.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de séparation transversale de bandes de papier, comportant (I) une zone pour l'alimentation en papier avec au moins un rouleau d'alimentation en bande entraîné, (II) une zone tampon dans laquelle la bande est préparée pour l'avance discontinue, (III) un dispositif de coupe pourvu d'un moyen de coupe et (IV) une zone pour la sortie du papier avec un dispositif d'avance de bande discontinue, la zone tampon présentant au moins un groupe de tubes (120 ; 150) composé de deux tubes (121, 122; 151, 152) pouvant être déplacés par rapport à au moins un troisième tube (123 ; 153) du groupe (120 ; 150) perpendiculairement à la bande. Ce groupe de tubes (120 ; 150) est placé entre la zone d'assemblage du papier comportant les tubes (140, 142) et le dispositif d'avance de bande entraîné en discontinu (130), de manière à former une boucle de bande déviée deux fois de longueur variable. A cet effet, la longueur définie par la distance entre les tubes du groupe de tubes est réglée par un dispositif de commande relié au rouleau d'alimentation en bande entraîné et au dispositif d'avance de bande discontinue.
