The invention concerns a roller cage (4) for guiding at least one deep rolling roller (2) of a tool for deep rolling radii or fillets on bearing journals or crankpins of crankshafts, with the roller cage supporting itself on the end (8) of the long leg (9) of an L-shaped tool holder and being loosely guided in the lengthwise direction of the long leg (9) in a tongue, which engages in a lengthwise groove on the lower side (13) of the roller cage (4) from the end (8) of the long leg (9). The lengthwise groove of the roller cage (4) has a significantly greater width than the width of the tongue.
