The invention concerns hydrophobic films for coating surfaces obtained by drying at low temperature, not requiring coalescent agents, latex containing a core-structured polymer with soft characteristic having a glass transition temperature lower than 20 DEG C enclosed in a shell with hard characteristic having a glass transition temperature higher than 50 DEG C.
