A low surfactant content latex polymer suitable for use as a barrier layer is disclosed. The latex polymer comprises an aryl vinyl monomer, an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer, and an acrylamide-based monomer. The latex polymer has a moisture resistance of no greater than about 290 g/m2/day as measured by ASTM Test D-1653-93.
L'invention porte sur un polymère de latex à faible teneur en tensioactifs pouvant servir de couche barrière et comprenant: un monomère arylique vinylique, un monomère aliphatique de diènes conjugués et un monomère à base d'acrylamide. Le polymère de latex présente une résistance à l'humidité n'excédant pas 290/m?2¿/jour selon le test ASTM D-1653-93.
