The invention concerns ammunitions for weapons of all calibre. The launcher is designed for ammunitions comprising a launcher (1) associated with a sub-projectile (5) whereon it can be adapted, comprising one or several separable elements, and it includes at least a pad (16) continuously enclosing the outer surface and the inner surface of each element, the wall of each element being traversed by one or several perforations (15) making the pad integral with the launcher. The invention is in particular applicable to hunting and training weapons.
