The invention relates to a multilayer article which includes a substrate (10), a first layer (20) comprising a partial condensate of a diorganodiorganooxysilane having the formula R2Si(OR')2 or an organotriorganooxysilane having the formula RSi(OR')3, or both, where R is independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups containing about 1-3 carbon atoms, aromatic groups containing about 6-13 carbon atoms, the vinyl radical, the 3, 3,3-trifluoropropyl radical, the gamma- glycidoxypropyl radical and the gamma-methacryloxypropyl radical, and R' is independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups containing about 1-8 carbon atoms, aromatic groups containing about 6-20 carbon atoms, and hydrogen; and a second layer (30) deposited on the first layer, the second layer comprising an organosilicon material which has been polymerized and oxidized in a plasma, the second layer containing silicon, oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen.
L'invention concerne un article multicouche comprenant un substrat (10), une première couche (20) comprenant un condensat partiel d'un diorganodiorganooxysilane représenté par la formule R¿2?Si(OR')¿2? ou un organotriorganooxysilane représenté par la formule RSi(OR')¿3?, ou les deux, R étant indépendamment sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant des groupes alkyles contenant environ 1à 3 atomes de carbone, des groupes aromatiques contenant environ 6 à 13 atomes de carbone, le radical vinyle, le radical 3, 3,3-trifluoropropyle, le radical gamma-glycidoxypropyle et le radical gamma-méthacryloxypropyle, et R' étant indépendamment sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant des groupes alkyles contenant environ 1 à 8 atomes de carbone, des groupes aromatiques contenant environ 6 à 20 atomes de carbone, et de l'hydrogène; et une seconde couche (30) déposée sur la première couche, la seconde couche comprenant une matière à base d'organosilicium polymérisée et oxydée dans un plasma, la seconde couche contenant du silicium, de l'oxygène, du carbone, et de l'hydrogène.
