Metal-reinforced layered composite (11) comprising at least one intermediate metal layer (12), wherein the intermediate metal layer (12) comprises at least two at least partially overlapping metal foils (13, 14) which are joined to one another in the overlap region (15) by at least one weld seam (16), wherein, at the weld seam (16) of the metal foils (13, 14), there are no continuous leakage channels (7) in the longitudinal extent (21) of the overlap region (15), and method of effecting its manufacture. According to the invention, at least one of the weld seams (16) may have a course which at at least one point (P) has a direction component (22) at right angles to the longitudinal direction (21) of the overlap region (15) of the metal foils (13, 14). In the context of the invention provision may further be made for providing the intermediate metal layer (12) with at least one passage (23) in the overlap region (15) of the metal foils (13, 14).
La présente invention a trait à un composite en couches renforcé (11) avec au moins une couche métallique intermédiaire (12) où l'on trouve un minimum de deux feuilles métalliques superposées au moins en partie (13, 14) reliées entre elles par une troisième feuille, dans la zone de chevauchement (15) au moyen d'un minimum d'un joint de soudure (16) dans lequel il n'y a aucun canal de fuite continu (7) dans la partie longitudinale (21) de la zone de chevauchement (15), ainsi qu'à son procédé de fabrication. Selon ladite invention, au moins un des joints de soudure (16) peut être muni à au moins un point (P) d'un élément directionnel (22) faisant un angle droit avec l'axe longitudinal (21) de la zone de chevauchement (15) des feuilles de métal (13, 14). Dans le contexte de ladite invention, il est également prévu de créer au moins un passage (23) dans la couche métallique intermédiaire (12) de la zone de chevauchement (15) desdites feuilles métalliques (13, 14).
