The present invention relates to a leaf paper bundling apparatus that enables the insertion of leaf paper to be bundled by the bundling apparatus to be performed from either the front or the top of the apparatus, and that has both improved convenience of use and a more compact apparatus itself. In the leaf paper bundling apparatus which winds a tape around many leaves of leaf paper which have been stacked, uses a cutter to the wound tape and a thermo-adhesion head to thermally adhere the cut ends and bundles leaf paper, there is provided a lead paper insertion opening portion having a slit shaped opening upwards from the forward portion of the main apparatus unit and into which lead paper to be bundled is inserted uprightly from a front or a top of the main apparatus unit. Leaf paper regulation devices regulate a position of a lower edge of leaf paper which has been inserted uprightly from an upwards or forward direction of the insertion opening portion in the main apparatus unit and an edge opposite a forward region of the main apparatus unit. A tape supply device supplies tape to be wound around a periphery of leaf paper, applies a tension to wound tape and tighten the tape wound around a periphery of leaf paper. A tape winding device has an arm which can hold an end of tape fed from the tape supply device and can swivel to wind tape around from a standby position and around leaf paper. A leaf paper holding device is also provided so as to tighten tape wound around a periphery of leaf paper and holds a paper surface of leaf paper in the vicinity of portions on both sides in the direction of the width of the tape wound around a periphery of the leaf paper paper.
Cette invention concerne un appareil à enliasser qui permet l'insertion des pièces à enliasser par le devant ou le dessus, ce qui accroît la commodité d'emploi et réduit l'encombrement de l'appareil. L'objet de l'invention comporte un dérouleur de ruban qui cercle une liasse de coupures empilées, coupe le ruban et colle ses extrémités l'une à l'autre au moyen d'une tête thermoscelleuse. Son enveloppe présente une ouverture en forme de fente verticale dans la paroi de façade avant, ouverture dans laquelle la liasse de coupure s'insère par le devant ou le haut. Des régulateurs de positionnement des liasses règlent la position de la rive inférieure des coupures insérées sur le chant par le devant ou le haut ainsi que la position de la rive des liasses prenant appui au fond arrière de l'appareil. Un dérouleur de ruban enroule le ruban de cerclage autour de la liasse constituée et applique une tension pour serrer le ruban autour de ladite liasse. Le dérouleur de ruban comporte une pince de préhension du ruban par un bout, pince qui pivote pour cercler la liasse. Il est également prévu un dispositif de maintien de la liasse qui applique une pression sur la face des coupures à enliasser de part et d'autre du ruban enroulé autour desdites coupures.
