The invention relates to a lamellar seal for sealing a shaft rotating about an axis, especially in a gas turbine, said seal comprising a plurality of lamellae (25) that are interspaced one beneath the other, are arranged in a concentric circle about the axis, and are fixed in the position thereof by means of hard-soldering, the surfaces of the lamellae (25) being oriented essentially parallel to the axis. The aim of the invention is to connect the lamellae (25) in one such lamellar seal at a precisely defined distance, in a fixed and simple manner. To this end, the lamellae (25) are hard-soldered together by means of interlying spacer elements. Said spacer elements consist of a hard-soldering film (22) which enables the hard-soldered connection to be self-created by hard solder from the hard-soldering films (22). The soldering temperature is adjusted to an optimum value barely above the Solidus temperature of the hard-soldering film (22), whereby the hard-soldering film (22) is only partially melted, and liquid solder is efficiently prevented from penetrating the gap (G1, G2) between the lamellae (25).

L'invention concerne un joint à lamelles destiné à l'étanchéité d'un arbre tournant autour d'un axe, notamment d'une turbine à gaz. Ce joint à lamelles comprend une pluralité de lamelles espacées (25) qui sont disposées en cercle concentrique autour de l'axe et sont fixées dans leur position par brasage. Les lamelles (25) sont orientées de telle façon que leurs surfaces soient sensiblement parallèles à l'axe. L'invention vise à assembler de manière simple les lamelles (25) à une distance précise les unes des autres et par une liaison solide dans un tel joint à lamelles. A cet effet, les lamelles (25) sont assemblées par brasage au moyen de distanceurs intermédiaires. Les distanceurs intermédiaires sont constitués d'un film de brasure forte (22), ce qui permet que la liaison de brasure soit créée automatiquement par la brasure forte du film de brasure forte (22). La température de brasage est réglée à une valeur optimale juste au-dessus de la température de solidus du film de brasure forte (22), ce qui entraîne seulement la fusion partielle du film de brasure forte (22) et empêche efficacement que le métal d'apport liquide de brasage fort ne pénètre dans la fente (G1, G2) entre les lamelles (25).
