The invention relates to a leaf stripper comprising a frame (1) which is equipped with a circular housing (9) in which a cutter blade (5) and a blade turbine (10) are rotation mounted to a shaft (6) which is in turn driven by a motor (7). In addition, an apertured plate (3), which is equipped with parallel openings (4), is mounted on the frame and the cutter blade. Moreover, a suction device (15) is mounted to a sleeve (11) which is mounted on the side of the frame. According to the invention, the plant to be stripped is positioned on the apertured plate during the leaf stripping operation.

La machine à effeuiller comporte un bâti (1) qui comporte un logement circulaire (9) dans lequel sont montés tournants un couteau (5) et une turbine à pâle (10) qui sont montés sur un axe (6) lui-même actionné par un moteur (7). Une plaque à ouvertures (3) est montée sur le bâti et sur le couteau. La plaque à ouvertures comporte des ouvertures (4) qui sont parallèles entre elles. Un aspirateur (15) est monté sur un manchon (11) qui est monté dans le côté du bâti. La plante à effeuiller est posée sur la plaque à ouvertures lors de l'effeuillage.
