ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A leak inhibiting composition comprises a silicate of sodium magnesium or potassium with a filler which is preferably limestone. The composition includes carboxymethyl- cellulose to maintain the filler in suspension. The preferred composition is 64% by volume sodium silicate, 34% by volume limestone and 2% by volume carboxymethylcellulose.
