A process and apparatus for forming a leakproof plastic container by completely ejecting from a mold and then transferring to a cap closing station (400). The process includes the steps of injecting a molten plastic material into a mold cavity and then opening the mold and ejecting the body and cap completely from the mold. Subsequently, the body and cap are gravity fed to a collection device (200) and then transferred (300) to a cap closing station (400). In the cap closing station (400), the body and cap are sealed before the material is fully set to form a leakproof seal.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de formation d'un contenant étanche en matière plastique, consistant à éjecter totalement ce contenant à partir d'un moule puis à le transférer à un poste de bouchage (400) au moyen d'un bouchon. Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant à injecter une matière plastique en fusion dans une cavité de moule, puis à ouvrir le moule et à éjecter le corps et le bouchon, complètement à partir du moule, puis à acheminer par gravité le corps et le bouchon vers un dispositif de collecte (200) et à les transférer (300) ensuite vers un poste de bouchage (400) au moyen d'un bouchon. Dans ce poste de bouchage (400), le corps et le bouchon sont scellés avant que la matière plastique n'ait complètement durci, afin de former un scellement étanche.
