ABSTRACT: A leakage current compensation which can com- pensate for loss of charge at the output of a logic net- work realized in dynamic MOS technique, which loss is caused by the occurrence of brief leakage currents in the network during a logic operation. The use of this leakage current compensation in 2-phase dynamic MOS- logic makes it readily possible to handle 2 logic func- tions per clock period, which clock signals may be each other's inverse, which results in faster operation and a simpler design of the logic.
