A method for reacting to disturbances that occur in an industrial process includes the steps of extracting information from the industrial process as to occurrence of normal events and occurrence of disturbances, transmitting the extracted information to a disturbance filter which includes a leaky bucket having a defined disturbance step and floor and ceiling height for the disturbances, and triggering an alarm when occurrence of disturbances in the industrial process falls without the defined disturbance step and floor and ceiling height. As mentioned above, the present invention also provides a rigorous method of setting parameters within a leaky bucket algorithm.
L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif qui réagit lorsque des erreurs surviennent dans un processus industriel. Ladite technique consiste à extraire des informations du processus industriel et à déterminer les événements normaux et les erreurs (10), à transmettre les informations extraites à un filtre d'erreurs (26, 28) qui comprend un dispositif à fuite avec une taille de pas, un seuil et un plafond d'erreurs définis (22), et à transmettre une alarme lorsque le taux d'erreurs dans le processus industriel sort du pas, du seuil et du plafond (24) d'erreurs définis. Comme mentionné précédemment, ladite invention prévoit également une méthode rigoureuse de détermination des paramètres (16) dans l'algorithme d'un dispositif à fuite.
