A leather-like sheeting excellent in stretch properties which is made of a woven or knitted fabric united by entanglement with ultrafine-denier fibers having a fineness of 0.0001 to 0.5 dtex and at least one face of which is substantially constituted of the fibers, wherein the fabric is made of a conjugated fiber composed of at least two kinds of polyesters joined along the lengthwise direction of fiber side by side with the proviso that at least one of the polyesters is one comprising polytrimethylene terephthalate as the main component or a conjugated fiber having an eccentric core-sheath type composite structure made of at least two kinds of polyesters with the proviso that one of the polyesters is one comprising polytrimethylene terephthalate as the main component and wherein the fiber yarn constituting the fabric has a twist coefficient of 20000 or below.

Une bâche en simili-cuir dont les qualités d~extension sont excellentes, en tissu tissé lâche ou tricoté par enchevêtrement de fibres en deniers ultra-fins ayant une finesse de 0,0001 à 0,5 décitex et dont au moins une face est constituée en grande partie de fibres, où le tissu est fait d~une fibre conjuguée composée d~au moins deux sortes de polyesters réunis dans le sens de la longueur de la fibre côte à côte à condition qu~au moins l~un des polyesters comprenne du téréphtalate de polytriméthylène comme composant principal ou une fibre conjuguée ayant une gaine centrale excentrée à structure de type composite faite d~au moins deux sortes de polyester à condition que l~un deux comprenne du téréphtalate de polytriméthylène comme composant principal et où la fibre de polyamide constituant le tissu a un coefficient de torsion de 20000 ou moins.
