The invention relates to a white-light emitting luminescent conversion LED using a chlorosilicate luminous substance which is doped with europium in addition to containing Ca and Ma and a garnet luminous rare-earth substance, especially Y and/or Tb, offering high quality colour reproduction and highly constant lighting properties at various temperatures.
L'invention concerne une diode électroluminescente à conversion, émettant une lumière blanche, qui utilise une substance luminescente de chlorosilicate contenant, outre du Ca et du Mg, un dopage à l'europium, ainsi qu'une substance luminescente à grenat, constituée de terres rares, notamment de Y et/ou Tb. On obtient ainsi un bon rendu des couleurs et une constance élevée des propriétés d'éclairage dans différentes conditions de température.
