This invention relates to an LED indicating apparatus, which includes a patterned frame being changeable. A plurality of LED bulbs are engaged with a plate inside the frame and are connected with electrical wires, which have a plug being outward extended to connect with a power source of a movable mobile. By use of a low voltage of the mobile, the LED bulbs can be completely lightened for obtaining effective indicating purpose.
