ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Leg-dorsal muscle relaxing apparatus and method where exercises are conducted with three apparatuses in sequence. A first apparatus receives the foot of the exerciser and a rope is pulled with the arms of the exerciser to relax the leg muscles. A second angular apparatus is pulled with the arms of the exerciser into the femoral region. A third apparatus spans the legs of the exerciser and pressure is exerted by the exerciser on a spring-biased plate by the legs of the exerciser.
