- 22 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A sheet of paper bearing a self-adhesive of use as an address bearing envelope cover for sealing an open and used but reusable envelope for re-use through the postal system; and of use as a letter-envelope combination. The invention provides for the reduction in paper wastage and in economic costs. The sheet may be stored as a continuous roll in a dispenser from which individual envelope-forming sheets may be individually cut to a desired length.
