An object is to provide a high-concentrate licorice polyphenol preparation having a high bioavailability. Another object is to maintain the high transparency of a water-based material when the composition is added to the material, without impairing the essential nature of the material. Disclosed is a licorice polyphenol preparation comprising a hydrophobic licorice extract composed mainly of a licorice polyphenol, a middle-chain fatty acid triglyceride and a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, wherein the ratio between the total weight of the hydrophobic licorice extract and the middle-chain fatty acid triglyceride and the weight of the polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester ranges from 1:1 to 1:10.
L'invention a pour objet de produire une préparation de polyphénol de réglisse fortement concentrée offrant une biodisponibilité élevée. L'invention a également pour objet de maintenir la transparence élevée d'un matériau à base d'eau lors de l'ajout de la composition audit matériau, sans altération de la nature essentielle du matériau. L'invention concerne une préparation de polyphénol de réglisse comprenant un extrait de réglisse hydrophobe composé principalement d'un polyphénol de réglisse, d'un triglycéride d'acide gras à chaîne moyenne et d'un ester d'acide gras de polyoxyéthylène sorbitane, le rapport entre le poids total d'extrait de réglisse hydrophobe et de triglycéride d'acide gras à chaîne moyenne et le poids d'ester d'acide gras de polyoxyéthylène sorbitane variant de 1:1 à 1:10.
