L'invention concerne un couvercle amélioré (95) appliqué par pression à une canette (52) de boisson ouverte via une languette (57) pouvant être rompue, au moyen d'une poignée (100) facilitant le détachement du couvercle (95), tournée vers le haut, en position de repos, et fixée sous la bordure du couvercle. A l'emplacement de la poignée (100), il existe des zones de fracture (107, 108) qui, lorsque la poignée (100) est tirée aux fins de détachement du couvercle (95), produisent dans ses parois (96) des fractures (104, 105) montrant que le couvercle (95) a déjà été retiré en vue de la consommation partielle de boisson, même si ledit couvercle (95) a été replacé sur la canette (52).
