The recycling bin lid is powder coated 18 gauge steel. This invention is used to fully cover household recycling bins. In this invention there is a handle secured to the middle of the lid so it can be raised and lowered by the operator using only one hand (also made of powder coated 18 gauge steel). This product is made with approximately a one inch over hang on each side, thus the lid will not prematurely dislodge or slide off. This invention will help protect the recycling material that is in the bin from rain, snow, animals and wind causing unnecessary clean up. Because this product is powder coated it will resist unwanted aging and rust.
