The invention relates to a lift between lower and upper (4) levels of a house comprising a cabin and an essentially horizontal platform (1) which is essentially vertically movable by actuating means arranged thereunder. Said invention is characterised in that said actuating means comprise at least one pair of rotatably mounted arms (11, 12) i.e. pivotally arranged around an axis (22) in the middle part thereof. The free ends of the first arm (11a) of one pair (11) are pivotable around a fixed axis (13) and respectively around an axis (14) sliding along the platform (1). The free ends of the second arm (11b) are pivotable around a fixed axis (16) connected to the platform (1) and respectively around a sliding axis (17). An actuating unit interacts with at least one (11a) of the arms (11a, 11b) in such a way that the pivot axis (16) of the second arm (11b) for the platform (1), the middle pivot axis (22) of the arms (11a, 11b) of the pair (11) and the pivot axis (13) of the first arm (11a) are never aligned.
L'invention concerne un élévateur entre un niveau inférieur et un niveau supérieur (4) d'une habitation comprenant une cabine ou une plate-forme sensiblement horizontale (1) apte à être translaté sensiblement verticalement par des moyens d'actionnement positionnés sous la plate-forme (1) remarquable en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement comprennent d'une part au moins une paire de bras (11, 12) montés en ciseaux, c'est-à-dire articulés autour d'un axe (22) dans leur partie médiane, les extrémités libres d'un premier bras (11a) d'une paire (11) étant articulé autour d'un axe fixe (13) et respectivement à la plate-forme (1) autour d'un axe (14) coulissant et les extrémités libres du second bras (11b) étant articulées autour d'un axe fixe (16) solidaire de ladite plate-forme (1) et respectivement autour d'un axe (17) coulissant, et d'autre part, un organe d'actionnement coopérant avec au moins l'un (11a) des bras (11a, 11b) de telle sorte que l'axe (16) d'articulation du second bras (11b) à la plate-forme (1), l'axe médian (22) d'articulation des bras (11a, 11b) d'une paire (11) et l'axe (13) d'articulation du premier bras (11a) ne soient jamais alignés.
