ABSTRACT OF INVENTION A lift assembly for raising and lowering people and things which is especially useful for providing safe and convenient ingress and egress to and from recreational vehicles for disabled persons such as those who are confined to wheel chairs, said device having a pivotable articulated platform receiving selective vertical movement by way of a special llnkage between the platform and a threaded driven shaft which in turn responds to a reversible electric motor which is actuatable by remote signal device which may be held by the operator thereof. 1850
