LIFTING ASSEMBLY FOR MACHINERY LIFT PLATFORMS ABSTRACT A lifting assembly for machinery lift platforms for lifting a platform from ground level to a raised level supported on the machinery, the lifting assembly including parallel arms which are connected between the platform and machinery about pivot axes which are inclined to the horizontal outwardly and upwardly from the machinery. An actuator is provided between the arms to raise and lower the arms, and the inclined pivot axes cause the arms to move in an inclined plane towards and away from the machinery.
