ABSTRACT The vehicle is of the type formed by a lower shell (21) assembled with an upper shell (22) which covers the lower shell at least partly so as to form an armoured case. The object of the invention is to provide a light armoured vehicle. The solution to this problem resides in the fact that the lower shell (21) of the vehicle is assembled by detachable means to a chassis (1) which is independent and autonomous and mounted on wheels and supports all the driving, transmission and shock-absorbing means, so that the case (2) may be easily substituted for the body with which this chassis is usually provided and vice versa. The main use of the invention resides in the sealing of the armoured case with a conventional body of a truck, small truck or van.
