Subject of this invention is light building panel, process, and apparatus for continuous manufacturing of light building panels with mineral filling. The light building panel comprises the mineral filling made of lamellas of mineral filling, usually mineral wool, set out in parquet-like appearance and glued to upper and lower shielding layer usually made of sheet of metal. The process for its manufacturing comprises several phases starting with sheet of metal and band of mineral filling preparation, and continuing with assembly of the panel in a double band device to be concluded by cutting the band into individual panels. The apparatus for manufacturing of the panel is a device for performing the process of the light building panel manufacturing.

L'invention a pour objet un panneau léger ainsi qu'un procédé et un appareil correspondants pour fabriquer en continu des panneaux légers à charge minérale. Le panneau léger est rempli d'une charge minérale constituée de lamelles d'une substance minérale, en règle générale de laine minérale, qui sont disposées à l'instar d'un parquet et collées aux couches de protection inférieure et supérieure, constituées en règle générale d'une feuille de métal. Le procédé de fabrication dudit panneau comprend plusieurs stades: on commence par préparer une feuille de métal et une bande de charge minérale, puis en assemble le panneau dans un dispositif à bande double et l'on termine par découper la bande en des panneaux séparés. L'appareil pour fabriquer ce panneau se présente comment un dispositif permettant de mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé de fabrication de panneaux légers.
