A method for preparing a thin film of a complex hydride having a nano structure using, as materials, one or more metals selected from lightweight metals having a low melting point (such as Li, Na, Mg, K and Ca) and one or more elements selected from nitrogen, carbon, boron and aluminum, by the vapor deposition method; and a thin film of a light element complex hydride. The method allows the preparation of a thin film of a complex hydride of a light weight metal having a low melting point(such as LiBH4 or LiNH2) with simplicity and ease. The thin film of the above complex hydride is useful as a multi-functional material having super conducting characteristics, optical characteristics, hydrogen storage characteristics and the like.
Procédé de fabrication d'un film mince d'un hydrure complexe possédant une nanostructure en utilisant en tant que matériaux un ou plusieurs métaux sélectionnés parmi les métaux à faible poids à point de fusion bas (tels que Li, Na, Mg, K et Ca) ainsi qu'un ou plusieurs éléments sélectionnés parmi l'azote, le carbone, le bore et l'aluminium, par procédé de dépôt en phase vapeur, ainsi qu'un film mince d'un hydrure complexe. Le procédé comprend la préparation d'un film mince d'un hydrure complexe d'un métal à faible poids à point de fusion bas (tels que LiBH¿4? ou LiNH¿2?), aisément et simplement. Le film mince de l'hydrure complexe indiqué ici est utile en tant que matériau multifonctionnel possédant des caractéristiques supraconductrices, des caractéristiques optiques, des caractéristiques de stockage d'hydrogène et similaires.
