A light emitting diode lamp is disclosed to include a light emitting diode holder, which has a holder chamber, an annular locating groove around the holder chamber, and a retaining portion in the annular locating groove, a light emitting diode mounted in the bolder chamber with two pins thereof turned backwards and respectively attached to two opposite sides of the light emitting diode holder, a shell capped on the bottom side of the light emitting diode holder, two lead-out wires retained in between the shell and the light emitting diode holder and respectively connected to the pins of the light emitting diode, and a lampshade, which has a tubular bottom neck inserted into the annular locating groove and a hooked retaining portion extending around the bottom end of the tubular bottom neck and forced into engagement with the retaining groove of the light emitting diode holder.
