The GTL process of the invention comprises: reacting a combustible carbonaceous material in a syngas reactor, preferably an autothermal reformer, under conditions to produce a synthesis gas; contacting the synthesis gas with an F-T catalyst to form liquid products and a tail gas; separating the tail gas from the liquid products; separating CO2 from the light products in the tail gas; recovering the light products as additional products for sale or other use and utilizing at least a portion of the separated CO2 as a feed stream to the syngas reactor.
L'invention concerne un procédé GTL comprenant les étapes consistant à : faire réagir un matériau carboné combustible dans un réacteur de gaz de synthèse, de préférence un reformeur autothermique, dans des conditions permettant de produire un gaz de synthèse ; mettre en contact le gaz de synthèse avec un catalyseur F-T pour former des produits liquides et un gaz résiduaire ; séparer le gaz résiduaire des produits liquides ; séparer le CO2 des produits légers dans le gaz résiduaire ; récupérer les produits légers en tant que produits additionnels destinés à la vente ou à une autre utilisation, et utiliser au moins une partie du CO2 séparé en tant que flux d'alimentation vers le réacteur de gaz de synthèse.
