The present invention relates to polyisocyanate mixtures prepared from aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates and having a) an average isocyanate functionality of at least 2.0, b) a content of isocyanate groups (calculated as NCO; molecular weight = 42) of 4.0 to 28.0 wt.% and c) a content of alkoxy groups having up to 36 carbon atoms of 2.0 to 37.5 wt.%, wherein the alkoxy groups are constituents of allophanate groups or optionally urethane groups, provided that >50 mol% of the alkoxy groups are a constituent of allophanate groups that are connected to at least two polyisocyanate molecules which are each prepared from at least two diisocyanates. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing these polyisocyanate mixtures and to coating compositions, which are highly diluted or dilutable with non-polar solvents and contain these polyisocyanate mixtures and lacquer binders or binder components optionally containing isocyanate-reactive groups.
La présente invention concerne des mélanges préparés à partir de polyisocyanates aliphatiques et/ou de diisocyanates cycloaliphatiques et ayant a) une fonctionnalité d'isocyanate moyenne d'au moins 2,0, b) une teneur en groupes d'isocyanate (calculée comme NCO; poids moléculaire = 42) avec un % de poids de 4,0 à 28,0 et c) une teneur en groupes d'alcoxy ayant jusqu'à 36 atomes de carbone avec un % de poids de 2,0 à 37,5, où les groupes d'alcoxy sont des composés de groupes d'allophanate ou facultativement des groupes d'uréthane, à condition que le %> mol 50 des groupes d'alcoxy soient des composés de groupes d'allophanate qui sont reliés à au moins deux molécules de polyisocyanate qui sont chacune préparées à partir d'au moins deux diisocyanates. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ces mélanges de polyisocyanates et de composés de revêtement, qui sont très dilués ou diluables avec des solvants non polaires et qui contiennent ces mélanges de polyisocyanates et des liants de laque ou des composantes liantes contenant, en option, des groupes réactifs à l'isocyanate.
