Among other things, a light-polymerizable single-component dental material is prepared with the following: a) at least 80-10% by weight of a multi-function urethane methacrylate and/or of at least one multi-function urethane acrylate; b) at least 10-30% by weight of a multi-function acrylic resin; c) at least 10-30% by weight of a reactive thinner; d) 0-20% by weight of Bis-GMA and/or of at least one ethoxylized bisphenol-A-dimethacrylate; e) at least 0-10% by weight of a filler; f) at least 0-1 % by weight of a photoinitiator system; and g) at least 0-1 % by weight of a colouring pigment.
