Disclosed is a light rail vehicle having a predictive diagnostic system for a motor driven automated door (100) to enable condition-based maintenance. The light rail vehicle (110) has an automated door system (112), at least one data acquisition board (114), a data collection program (116), an exponential smoothing algorithm (118), and a neural network (120). The need for maintenance is identified through the collection of various door system (112) parameters, calculating current energy and time consumption from these parameters, and determining the rate of degradation based on current energy and time consumption of the door system (112) as compared with historical energy and time consumption. From the rate of degradation, maintenance can be scheduled as needed.
L'invention concerne un véhicule léger sur rail équipé d'un système de diagnostic prédictif pour porte automatique (100) motorisée destiné à permettre une maintenance selon l'état. Ledit véhicule léger sur rail (110) comporte un système (112) de portes automatiques, au moins une carte (114) d'acquisition de données, un programme (116) de collecte de données, un algorithme (118) de lissage exponentiel, et un réseau neuronal (120). Le besoin de maintenance est identifié sur la base de la collecte de divers paramètres du système (112) de portes, du calcul de la consommation courante d'énergie et de temps à partir desdits paramètres, et de la détermination de la vitesse de dégradation découlant de la comparaison effectuée entre la consommation courante et la consommation passée d'énergie et de temps du système (112) de portes. C'est sur la base de cette vitesse de dégradation que la maintenance peut être planifiée selon les besoins.
