[PROBLEMS] Disclosed is a technique for sufficiently preventing deformation of a light reflector which is obtained by three-dimensionally shaping a reflector plate made of a synthetic resin. This technique also enables to make a thinner light reflector and to produce such a light reflector at lower cost. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An adhesive tape (10) for shape-keeping is adhered to a reflector plate (6) which is obtained by three-dimensionally processing a certain position of a light-reflecting plastic film or sheet (2).

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'empêcher de manière adéquate la déformation d'un réflecteur optique obtenu par façonnage tridimensionnel d'une plaque de réflecteur en résine synthétique. Ce procédé permet en outre de produire un réflecteur optique plus mince, et de diminuer le coût de production de ce dernier. Le procédé décrit consiste à coller une bande adhésive (10) permettant de conserver la forme sur une plaque (6) de réflecteur produite par façonnage tridimensionnel de certains emplacements d'une pellicule ou d'une feuille (2) de plastique réfléchissant.
