Abstract of the Disclosure A light-tight plastic cassette for a roll of light- sensitive photographic material, which may be readily assembled, and the shell portion of which may be manufactured by extrusion moulding, and the end caps of which may be injection moulded. The end caps have a first flange engaging the shell portion at the outside, and a second flange engaging the shell portion at the inside, the said second flange having corner portions of a height exceeding the height of the first flange.
