ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An anti-burglary device, more specially for light wells or the like, having casing tubes, each of which has a turning core therein, and which are fixed in supports on opposite walls, such supports being fixed in position by screw-plugs or wall anchors lined up with holes in the supports, characterized in that the supports are in the form of box-section girders, in that the box-section girders have cutouts for taking up the ends of the casing tubes, in that the casing tubes are so supported in the cutouts that the ends of the casing tubes and of the cores are placed within the box-section girders and in that the cores have the same length as the casing tubes.
