A lightweight high power electromotive device (10) and a method for making the same is provided. The method includes the step of laminating a plurality of stator sheets (45) to provide a stator inductor with integrated stator bars (15A), wherein the laminating includes the step of interleaving the sheets (45) to provide a uniformly distributed grain orientation. The method eliminates the need to handle a large number of components during manufacturing and further eliminates the need to encapsulate the inductor with an epoxy.
L'invention concerne un dispositif électromoteur (10) de grande puissance, léger, ainsi que son procédé de fabrication, lequel comprend l'étape consistant à superposer plusieurs tôles (45) de stator afin d'obtenir une bobine d'inductance de stator dotée de pales (15A) solidaires du stator par construction, l'opération de superposition comprenant elle-même l'étape consistant à imbriquer les tôles (45) afin d'obtenir une uniformité d'orientation dans la répartition des grains. Ce procédé supprime la manipulation d'un grand nombre de composants lors de la fabrication du dispositif ainsi que l'étape consistant à encapsuler la bobine d'inductance dans une résine époxy.
