The invention relates to a process for producing a sandwich board, comprising the following steps: providing an upper covering layer, providing a lower covering layer, providing an intermediate layer arranged between the upper and lower covering layers, compressing the upper and lower covering layers, and foaming the intermediate layer, in which process no foaming of the intermediate layer takes place at the start of compacting the upper and lower covering layers.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau sandwich, comprenant les étapes consistant à : mettre à disposition une couche de recouvrement supérieure ; mettre à disposition une couche de recouvrement inférieure ; mettre à disposition une couche intermédiaire disposée entre la couche de recouvrement supérieure et la couche de recouvrement inférieure ; comprimer la couche supérieure et la couche inférieure ; faire mousser la couche intermédiaire. Selon l'invention, il ne se produit pas de moussage de la couche intermédiaire au début de la compression de la couche supérieure et de la couche inférieure.
