LIMB WEIGHTS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In the use of limb weights (i.e., weights attached to the limbs) for physiotherapy, exercising, and by skin and SCUBA divers, it is known to attach individual lead weights to the limbs using a rubber strap. It is also known to fill pouches in a fabric belt with lead shot or sand. In this invention an elastic tube is filled with lead shot and quick- release, non-corroding fasteners are attached to the ends of the tube. The tube can be secured around a part of the body (e.g., the ankle or wrist) by forming it into a ring and engaging the buckle. The fit to various sizes is achieved through the elasticity of the tube itself or by using various lengths and diameters of tubing.
