Methods and apparatus are provided for making an optically readable storage media in which the reading beam passes through a bonding layer configured with a reactive material that transforms from an optically transparent state to an optically opaque state after exposure to a predefined stimulus, thereby inhibiting access to the data encoded on the optically readable storage media. The method includes steps of synthesizing a blocked dye combining the blocked dye with a carrier material curing the resultant combination deblocking the dye to produce a reduced dye in the resultant bonding layer exposing the optically readable storage media with the reactive material in its bonding layer to a predetermined stimulus. In a further aspect of the present invention methods and apparatus are provided for making an optically readable storage media wherein the reading light passes through the bonding layer and the data encoded information is encoded on the L1 substrate. In yet another aspect of the present invention methods and apparatus are provided for making an optically readable storage media with at least two mechanisms for limiting access to the encoded data of the optically readable storage media.
Cette invention concerne des procédés et un dispositif de fabrication pour support de stockage à lecture optique dans lequel le faisceau de lecture traverse une couche de liaison intégrant un matériau réactif qui passe d'un état de transparence optique à un état d'opacité optique après exposition à un stimulus prédéterminé, ce qui interdit l'accès aux données codées sur le support de stockage à lecture optique. Ce procédé consiste à: synthétiser un colorant bloqué avec un matériau support ; durcir la combinaison qui en résulte ; débloquer le colorant pour produire un colorant réduit dans la couche de liaison qui en résulte; et exposer le support de stockage à lecture optique avec matériau réactif dans sa couche de liaison à un stimulus déterminé. Dans un autre aspect, l'invention concerne des procédés et un dispositif permettant de réaliser un support de stockage à lecture optique dans lequel le faisceau de lecture traverse la couche de liaison et ou l'information codée est codée sur le substrat L1. Dans un autre aspect encore, l'invention porte sur des procédés et sur un dispositif permettant de réaliser un support de stockage à lecture optique avec au moins deux mécanismes limitant l'accès au données codées dudit support.
