LINE BURNER ASSEMBLY Abstract of the Disclosure A line burner assembly is provided for burning a mixture including at least a gaseous fuel and process air to produce a flame. The assembly includes a mixing region which contains an air/fuel mixture. Gaseous fuel and process air are supplied to the mixing region. Combustion air containing oxygen may also be supplied manually or automatically to the mixing region to compensate for a decline in the oxygen level in the process air below a predetermined minimum level to enhance the combustibility of the air/fuel mixture in the mixing region.
