The present disclosure generally relates to a line guide (1000) for a fishing rod and that employs a system of roller assemblies (1006) within a frame (1002), the roller assemblies configured to form a passageway (1004) for the fishing line to pass through. As an angler reels in a fish and the fishing line is in contact with one of the roller assemblies, the tension of the fishing line will cause a component of the roller assembly to rotate, thus greatly reducing any sliding friction between the fishing line and the line guide. The line guides can be a variety of sizes and the frames of the line guides can vary in shape and their mounting orientation relative to the fishing rod.
La présente description concerne en général un guide-ligne (1000) pour canne à pêche employant un système d~ensembles de rouleaux (1006) dans un cadre (1002), les ensembles de rouleaux étant configurés pour constituer un passage (1004) pour que la ligne passe à travers. Quand un pêcheur à la ligne ramène un poisson, la ligne étant en contact avec un des ensembles de rouleaux, la tension de la ligne fera en sorte qu~un composant de l~ensemble de rouleaux tournera, réduisant ainsi de beaucoup toute friction de glissement entre la ligne et le guide-ligne.
