ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A prosthetic denture is provided. It includes an assembly of prosthetic teeth having a hard base prosthetic gum structure cast and bonded thereto. The prosthetic gum structure has a recess which is adapted to align generally with a toothless human gum area. A deflectably formable soft layer is disposed in the recess, the soft layer having a conforming recess adapted generally to fit a human gum area. The margin- al edges of the soft layer are bonded to the prosthetic base gum structure. An impression formed layer of hardenable material covers the soft layer of deflactably formable material. Methods of are also provided for producing and fitting these dentures.
