ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A liner bag used for a container having a bag main body comprising respective races conforming the inner wall shape of the container when spread at the inside thereof and retained by a bulkhead detachably mounted to a rear side, i.e., a side of a door of the container, and a pull- out sheet laid over a bottom face of the bag main body for transporting grain cargoes, etc. loaded on the upper surface thereof toward the door, wherein a rear end of a bottom face of the bag main body is extended bendably rearwardly beyond a rear face, the rear end of the pull-out sheet is foldably pulled-out of the bag main body through an opening formed in the lower end of the rear race independent of the extended portion, and the folded extended bottom and the folded pulled-out sheet are secured with the latter being situated inside of the former to the surface of the bulkhead device. The bag main body can be mounted easily to the inside of the container even having a bulkhead and, in addition, discharging goods can be facilitated.
